Our Commitment

President Container Group, including its divisions President Container, President Industrial Products, Artisan Display & Packaging, and Tech-Pak Pack-Out & Assembly (“PCG”), is committed to ensuring that our website, presidentcontainergroup.com, is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about our products, request quotes, and apply for employment with dignity and independence, and we view accessibility as an ongoing obligation consistent with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What We Are Doing

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. Our measures include: regular automated and manual review of the website to identify and remediate accessibility barriers; designing pages to support keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility, including alternative text for meaningful images and properly structured headings and forms; consideration of accessibility when we add new pages, forms, and features; and an accessibility widget (provided by UserWay), available via the icon on every page, that offers assistive features such as contrast adjustment, text resizing, pause animations, and a screen-reader mode. The widget supplements — but does not replace — our underlying remediation work on the site itself.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, older PDF documents (such as archived surplus inventory lists) and third-party content we embed or link to, which we do not control. We are working to address limitations in content we control, and we will provide the information contained in any inaccessible document through an accessible alternative on request.

We aim to respond within two (2) business days and will work with you to provide the information, product, or service you need through a method that is accessible to you, such as email, telephone assistance, or an accessible document.
