With sales, design, and customer service based in its Moonachie, New Jersey headquarters and all manufacturing relegated to its massive 522,000-square-foot production facility 60 miles north in Middletown, New York, there needs to be constant communication between both operations to ensure the company’s primary goal of taking care of the customer is achieved on a daily, if not hourly basis.
